Plenty to do in Penghu and round Magong if you have a scooter. Otherwise there is little public transportation. Fireworks from April to June a highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was delicious. The location is a 10 minute ride away from Magong city center which makes it quiet but still close enough to all restaurants and shops.
