Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better. But now it was very dirty and all the facilities were old and out of date, breakfast was a little poor, towels and sheets were very old and tacky, there eas a sound of water movement in pipes in our room that was enoying, and at all I should say it was a good 3star hotel before, but now it is just like a poor hostel.
