I like the manging there was very welcoming ..the manger gave us all the options n showed us all the models of rooms n she is giving us upgrade for our room which was very comfy n luxury there is bathtop in bed room , the decroin was very antique, we have a such great time my hasbend n I ,n in the morning we had the breakfast was delicious , our taxi was ready on time,, they managed very well even in chick out time they was very helpful n very quick...thank you soo much I really highly recommended this wonderful place..😍❤️

We are staying in this hotel for the second time and are happy about it. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed,a sofa and a desk. The bathroom has both showe and a bathtub. The breakfast is nourishing and tasty with lots of hot dishes to choose from. The staff is welcoming . We especially like the hostess Alsu who speaks Russian and organized a beautiful cake for my husband 's birthday! The whole atmosphere of the hotel is a shick and wealth. There is a great odour everywhere. The swimming pool and hammam are really great.

If you visit Kayseri, you should definitely chose this hotel. Not only the location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is nice, but most importantly: you’ll feel so welcome as no other place. My wife and me traveled for the first time to Türkiye and I can assure you that from all the nice people we met in this wonderful country, the man at this hotel (Tamer) was the nicest and kindest Turkish we met in our journey. Even the limitations of a basic English, Tamer welcomed us the best way, helped us with everything we needed and even beyond. We will never forget this great man. We deeply thank you Tamer, whenever you read this text: People like you make Türkiye amazing!

The sports facilities and restaurant are top class. Everything is clean. Fruit was left in your room on arrival. The staff are polite and speak English. The mountain view from the restaurant is awesome.
