My mother was on holiday here alone, she has health problems and she couldn't figure out many things on her own, but the owner of the hotel, Jan, helped with absolutely everything I asked for on the phone and they waited for her at the airport until she picked up her luggage until the last minute (more than 2 hours). I want to express my deep gratitude to the owner of the hotel, Jan. And the hotel itself is very nice and cozy, located right on the seashore, the views from the room are gorgeous. The food is very tasty, and any request is fulfilled, the hotel staff are very friendly people. Jan, thank you my friend for a wonderful holiday and help with the transfer there and back and for the medicines that you brought to my mother, thank you for everything. I recommend this hotel 100%. My stay at Villa Business Hotel Istanbul Airport was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. The sea front location of hotel makes it a wonderful place to stay. It's a calm and quiet place. It's only 16 kilometres from the Istanbul airport.They can arrange a taxi service for you. They have a guests only restaurant with a traditional menu and reasonable prices. You can pay by card. Room size is good. Good WiFi. TV with a YouTube option and Netflix etc. The staff is kind and helpful. It was a pleasant experience overall. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Pilot hotel arrange a taxi from the airport and invited us after 1 o´clock a.m. ) it was easy, fast and safe. We had a perfect rest, quiet place, tasty hot breakfast energized us to make a small walk around the hotel, which was nice. We met Shaun the Sheep with the company, ducks and chick. Hotel is situated in a beautiful place, not far from the airport to reach, but far enough to sleep in a silence. We restored and taxi took us back to continue the journey.

The hotel was perfect for our needs - an overnight stay...

The hotel was perfect for our needs - an overnight stay close to Istanbul airport but away from the traffic chaos and bustle of a big international airport. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom was well-appointed with great water pressure in the shower. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. The traditional Turkish breakfast was great, with perfectly cooked eggs. The transfer from the airport was, however, a disaster. There was no indication which of the men at the rendezvous point was meeting us and after we eventually found our greeter, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the driver. The hotel staff were apologetic and made sure our transfer the next day was on time.

This is a newly built seaside location, with nice beach...

This is a newly built seaside location, with nice beach front walks and up and coming businesses. Unfortunately, of the 3 days we were there, swimming was prohibited for 2, with police and lifeguards chasing people out of the water. Luckily, on day 3 - even though the waves were the same - we were allowed to go in. The place is popular with locals, on weekend the beach was full of families all day, and full of people with picnics in the evening.

Karaburun is a nice small town on the Black Sea.

Karaburun is a nice small town on the Black Sea. If you can see the difference between the Black Sea and Marmara, or the Mediterranean, it is a place for you. It is a place for reflection and relaxation. If you are an aviation fan as I am Karaburun is in proximity of Istanbul airport. And you can see those gorgeous airplanes taking off and landing.

Town needs more investment.

Town needs more investment. Beachfront seems to be in good shape. We were only on the beach briefly and it was dark, but it seemed like there was a lot of trash. Could be quite lovely with not much effort.

Very nice small village with view of the sea and access to...

Very nice small village with view of the sea and access to the beach, and to a very nice seafood restaurant. I highly recommend going to that restaurant called: Karaburun Hanimeli Balik Restaurant. Be ware of street dogs, few were aggressive and tried to attack me. Ideally speaking, either walk to Hanimeli Balik restaurant accompanied by a local, or take a taxi. Not a good idea to walk the streets with children.

It was very quiet in Karaburun the night I was there in mid...

It was very quiet in Karaburun the night I was there in mid January. A cold front was coming through and the wind was howling at 80km/hr and the rain was horizontal. The hotel was cozy with a wood stove in the restaurant/bar. There wasn't a soul in sight outside, and with good reason :-)
