I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely 5-star hotel in Van. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all expectations. A special thanks to Turan at the reception who was incredibly helpful and kind — both to me and later to my father. Her assistance made our experience even better. Everrythink was great except fact that the stuff speak very basic English - this is not ok for 4 stars hotel. 3 times the reception men stop me at the lobby to explain me one and the same for the payment and this irritate me much The breakfast was excelent and the room was ok

When I arrived at hotel, they just finished the renovation, hotel is situated in a great location, and if you consider the price, cleanness, breakfast, and location into consideration, the hotel is more than extraordinary.

Highly recommend. New hotel, facilities are in great shape. Shower was a bit slow to warm up, but steaming hot with great pressure. Room was nice and warm- heated floors! Kettle and mini fridge in room.
