For comfort, it exceeded our expectations: the bed was great, the temperature was just right, and the room had a relaxing vibe. The staff were always ready to help—warm, attentive, and quick to find solutions, which made us feel truly welcomed. The WiFi was stable both in the room and common areas. We also loved the garden seating area—perfect for coffee and quiet conversation—and it’s a plus that there’s a neat, designated smoking area as well. Amazing hotel; clean, awesome service and vert helpful and respectful personnel. The rooms are relatively large, and great amenities (from hotel slippers to dispensable haircombs to sewing kit). The central AC is working very good (which surprises me, because I somehow always have bad luck with central AC’s.
