Excellent hotel. The hotel is clean, which was the most important thing for me. The staff is kind. We had one problem, and Mr. Volkan at the reception made an effort to help us. Also, Gazi, the waiter at the restaurant, is a great person, very kind. He treated us to tea and cake before our trip. The hotel is in a great location if you are coming for business, such as attending conferences. It’s far from the city and all the landmarks. Be cautious with taxi drivers, as they are likely to scam you. Be especially careful when paying by card.

The hotel is excellent - the rooms are spaceious and clean. The breakfast is very good and various. The stuff is always responsive and kind. The hotel has inner parking so your car does not stay on the road. It is located on calm area, also is near the public transport station, so you can go and see any landmarks.

The hotel's location is great. The exhibition ground are close and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which offers great connectivity to all the malls etc., which are close by. Lower pollution levels due to the proximity to the sea, also help.

I did like the rooms breakfast, although at the beginning I got with not nice guy to 202 but later was moved to 204 room by lady Nazli to better room with good air conditioning and good room conditions. Good value for money hotel. Good spa.
