We were very satisfied with our stay in Göreme. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with everything carefully arranged. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and delicious, offering a great start to the day. They also assisted us with tour and balloon arrangements, which made our trip much easier. Thanks to its location, we could easily walk to the town center while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Fabulous staff, very helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Walking distance down to a shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast was lovely. The Front Desk arranged van transfers to and from the Airport, as well as my balloon adventure and a Turkish dinner with a show. All were reasonably priced and punctual.

Loved all of it. The staff, Malik and his team looked after us and made us feel like family. Close to town but secluded against the cliff, the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Ideal for balloon watching. Tucked away like the perfect secret awaiting to be discovered.

I think this is the best hotel in Goreme! The location is perfect. It’s quiet, with the best views, next to the best restaurants and at walking distance from the center. The staff was super friendly and they all spoke fluent English. Hasan was always there to guide us and help us organize our activities. This guy is absolutely amazing and very kind. The people in general were all super kind and that made our trip even more pleasant and memorable. The food was delicious and the breakfast was very nice and a lot! If I come back again one day, I would definitely come back to Aza Cave Hotel! You can see the air balloons from really close! :D

I absolutely LOVED the breakfast. The different varieties was so awesome. Staff was kind and location was perfect. Was able to get some good photos of the hot air balloon in the background. They came real close to where we were standing.

This is, for sure, the best hotel I have ever stayed! We had room with the big terrace overlooking city with great view on the balloons in the morning. Room was spacious and very comfortable, with nice and clean bathroom including all toiletries you could need. Breakfast buffet is so good! Lot of options to choose from and everything was delicious. All staff were so kind and helpful but I have to mention Fatma and Gulsen. Fatma made our breakfast even better - almays smiling, welcoming and attentive. She memorised almost instantly what kind of coffee do we like or how we like our eggs. Gulsen was our private tour guide that we booked with the hotel and she really made a difference in our stay in Cappadocia. She was so pleasant, nice and caring. Her stories and point of views were so interesting! Also the spa and pool area are nice additon to our stay. Dear Carus team, it was such a treat to stay with you - thank you for making it so memorable and for spoiling us and making it hard to return home!

Honestly everything. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. All the amenities are great. The breakfast is one of the best we had in a hotel so far. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. We had a perfect vacay.
