We had one of the best accommodation experiences of our travels at the Baan Koh Kwang Pool Villa Krabi. The location is excellent, as is the room, the pool and the rest of the facilities. But what deserves a special mention is the treatment of the hosts. Nanthicha makes you feel better than in your own home. She takes care of excellent and personalized breakfasts based on your tastes, with healthy and delicious food. She also makes sure to give you the best advice so that you can enjoy Krabi and its wonderful beaches. Communication was not a problem, since we were able to understand each other perfectly with the online translators. I have to say that we already miss them and we would like to go back there today.

I stayed here only for one night but would definitely stay here again if I come back to Krabi. Great location, comfy beds, complimentary water, love the AC system. From here you can get a taxi to the krabi airport for 150 baht.

We have only stayed one night but it was perfect: very friendly and helpful staff, nice big room with comfortable bed and very nice pool. The breakfast was also great: fresh salad, fruits, fried noodles , eggs, sausage, toast, lots of things to choose from. We could leave our luggage there after checking out for a few hours and even use the pool and the shower. The hotel is very close to the Mangrove walkway, nightmarket and everything you need in Krabi Town.

This is one of the most cost-effective hotels I've ever stayed in. It has a great location, excellent service, cleanliness, and offers free coffee, bananas, and cookies. The front desk service is particularly warm and welcoming, providing useful advice and assistance. It is truly worth recommending, and I would definitely stay here again when I come to Krabi next time.

    It's a pretty rustic, typical old Thai town, the locals are lovely, peaceful people Krabi Airport :-Be sure to have some baht notes if you're taking a driver or taxi to your hotel- there are ATMs at Krabi airport but easier if you have cash The Friday & Saturday food markets are great for Thai foods of all sorts Take a long boat ride from along the riverside - a couple of hours touring the river and surrounds for 50 - 100 AUD Riverside Restaurant and Bar us a good place for dinner Blu Monkey is great little hotel

    Our location was remote, so we only went into town once in 7...

    Our location was remote, so we only went into town once in 7 days. But, we tried to get into town an extra day on the bikes,.... buy got lost for hours. Dooh! Having said tgat, we lived where we stayed as it was so relaxing.

    Great town, a variety of night markets, primarily for food. Clothing stores consisted of lots of tshirts, some gift options and sweet treats. Great to look around/eat/drink. A number of hostels, hotels available and a variety of trips on offer. More local than other areas visited.

    I just love krabi-town......all these fancy shops - all legal, by the way - malls,Supermarkets with real "parmesan -cheese" and more......awesome restaurants and hotels , night-market etc.....it's always good for a few days, you should take your time and not rush through it........

    Overall very good.

    Overall very good. The island tours and entrance fee to some places are a bit expensive. Food, people and shopping very good. Got some good deals on clothings and towel at the small supermarket at Krabi town.

    The Krabi River Hotel is a great location, right on the river walk, whether you’re staying in Krabi for a few days like us or just passing through. It is a 10 min easy walk to any of the three good night markets. It’s a 5 min walk to the Krabi high speed ferry pier or Longtail boats. 5 min walk to 7/11.

    I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel! The owner is very kind and willing to help for day plan advice and speaks english well. The room itself is a different style than the usual, and i think someone enjoyed pouring cement a little bit too much, but the room is functional and good and the bed is great. Rented a scooter from the hotel also for 250baht. Good scooter, no problems. Also some very cute and nice cats! The location is quite central. If you rent a scooter everything is doable distance-wise, be it ao nang or tourist locations.

    We were looking for a one night stay in Krabi before travelling back Europe and the accommodation exceeded our expectation. The hotel is modern, new, everything is super clean and the host really tries to feel the guests comfortable. The breakfast was in excellent restaurant downstairs and it was the best breakfast we had in Thailand.
