We were in the middle of a storm, so decided to leave...
We were in the middle of a storm, so decided to leave earlier. Nov to Feb which is generally a high tourist season in west coast are storm prone for these east facing beaches. Need to plan a trip at a different time.

The hosts really are amazing!!! Holger is the perfect host, drop offs & pick ups to and from the pier, with even a short stop at the Don Sak wat and view point. And if you have the time to enjoy the cooking of his friendly wife Khwanchai, do it. It is so good.

Drove me from the airport to the hotel and the next day drove me to the ferry
Clean room, a/c and a TV.

Really lovely lady who managed the place, beds were so clean. Nothing going on in Don Sak but only stayed there for the ferry and they offer a well priced lift to the ferry port!

The hotel was easy to find. I was able to park right outside the room. It was very quiet. And near to the ferry terminal. The staff were friendly enough.
