I honestly don't often write reviews, but I think this was by far the most stellar stay at a resort I've had EVER! Run by a family, the whole place had a family feel; Mexican style architecture mixed with thai style in a beautiful, lush garden. Isabel, Peter, and Pai were incredibly warm and welcoming! From reservation to checkout they went above and beyond to communicate and make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was all from scratch, plentiful and tasty. We ordered a few other meals from the kitchen, including a German feast prepared by our hosts, that were fantastic. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and the garden itself was restful and secluded. For us this was just a quick 'stay-cation' in the city and met our needs perfectly. Whether that or passing through Chiang Mai, Secret Garden should not be missed!
