Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the property - hosts were really welcoming and gave plenty of advice on what to do. Great amenities at the property - bikes to rent, great food options, drinks, lovely pool area. Option to get massage or book tours. Food was excellent, had lunch and breakfast here. Couldn’t recommend this place enough to people coming to Chiang Rai

The care that the team of Ma Family Coffee Farm invests in what they are so good at - coffee and hospitality - is incredible. Beautiful flower patels on the breakfast tray to make it look like a piece of art, the attention they were always paying to how I was doing and whether I would like to participate in a coffee tasting or jungle coffee farm visit....I had the pleasure and the privilege to experience a truly special place with extraordinary people in it. For people who love learning, unique places, delicious coffee, exploring the wild a little bit, embracing the calm and the loud moments when the jungle gets a bit louder in September, getting to know the culture in the Chiang Rai mountain region a little bit....You will love this place. The feeling which remains with me is gratitude for having witnessed this jewel as it taught me what hospitality and giving and the passion behind it really mean. Thank you so much for everything!

Everything. This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in, period. Our stay was fabulous. The staff is so friendly, so attentive, and very respectful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. On top of it we received an upgrade for the room.They just topped it off with all the details: every day fresh water, every day your room gets cleaned, the breakfast was the best we've had throughout our journey in Thailand, they even "design" the scrambled eggs on your plate with a little fresh flower, they bring you fresh fruit to the pool. They take the leaves out of the pool like the moment it drops ;) Also the other food and cocktails are very good. They help you find whatever you're looking for in terms of daytrips, transport, etc. What a lovely hospitable team of staff they have, they really engage in a real conversation! And besides that the hotel lies in a great location on walking distance to the centre of Chiang Rai and the Saturday market is around the corner of the hotel. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and when we return to Thailand, we will return to Mora Hotel.
