High quality furnitures and finishing. The mood is peaceful and comfortable. Very well maintained as you can see the staff tidying the area daily. Service is impeccable. Assistance with small request to taking note of things that might be beyond our expectations, such as pushing for our beverage to be prepared in a jiffy (for take away) when our airport transport is arriving.

Very clean, well maintained, super friendly staff who were very accommodating. The location is far from the city but this is what I preferred. Hang Dong has a great food market and supermarket shops around, it's easy to get arpund if you have your own transport.

such a lovely property away from the businesss of Chiang Mai. About 25 minutes from town it was lovely to walk around the grounds and use their lovely pool area. Rooms were lovely and clean and all staff were really helpful thank you!

We arrived quite late and had not eaten yet. The owner made sure we still could get something to eat at a local place that had actually closed already. The accomodation itself was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable aswell. Definitely a recommended place to stay a night. If you plan on staying more than 1 night, a rentalscooter is recommended. There's a lake on the property aswell with nice places to sit and relax. Staff is really nice and helpful. We had trouble getting a taxi back to the airport after our stay and they were actively trying to help us getting one.

We liked very much the Natural setting of the place. the bungalow was great, well decorated and very comfortable and with had a garden. The bungalow had two level, a kitchen and open living room at ground floor and room at first floor. We also loved the bathroom and shower. A small pool and an open fireplace were an add up.

This beautiful room is part of a big villa where some bedrooms are rented. A shared kitchen (fully equipped) or the pool and gym can be used. At my time of the stay, I was also lucky to meet Marc and his daughter, the owners of this place. We had lovely deep conversations and enjoyed some time together, I'm really grateful. The openness and friendlyness of them is refreshing and if there's anything you need (like I needed a Scooter since the place is a bit outside, but that's how I wanted it), everyone is happy to help. Overall, I felt very welcomed and could feel at home. The garden of the house is wonderful and the whole place is very relaxing. Good wifi as well. I can recommend a longer stay and get a scooter. There are some very nice restaurants or cafes in the district and a very nice wellness place (cocoon sauna), as well as Ban Tawai (a village for traditional handicrafts), is close by scooter. I can totally recommend staying there! Especially, if you don't want to stay amidst the buzzing city and enjoy relaxing at home, doing some work and also like to meet like-minded people :) Hope to see you again sometime... somewhere around the globe!

Beautiful residence designed and built and run by the friendly owner wisit and his family. The environment is peaceful and closed to nature, room and service are top top standard, the owner and his family really looked after us well and offered a lot of local insights to us and invited us to join their friends celebration party - once in a life time experience for us and will for sure be in our memories for a long long time! We absolutely loved our stay! It was so much more than a typical homestay—it felt like the perfect blend of living with friends, family, and the comfort of a hotel, all in one. Nicha and Ood took great care of us, making us feel truly at home. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. A special highlight was the pool table, which not only added to the fun but also created a great opportunity to meet and connect with other guests. Every moment spent there was enjoyable, and we cherished the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
