There was so much to like about this hotel. The nature integrated into the experience such as with their open dining/reception rooms and lovely courtyard gave it a really special feel. Gategaa Village embodies going the extra mile and making even the small things (like a fabric decorative bag holding the extra toilet paper roll) feel special. The staff are also friendly and helpful. They even packed us some snacks to take to the airport because we had to leave before breakfast started. The rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light from the windows and the facilities themselves were also clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful place to relax and feel at peace.

Communication was very strong with this hotel. It was easy to communicate with the hotel before and during my stay about any request. They check via Whatsapp to clarify any questions. On arrival I received a friendly welcome. While I was there they were proactive in checking I was having a good stay. All members of staff I interacted with were friendly. My room was exactly like the pictures, even better actually. The bed and pillow were comfortable. All of the furniture is of good quality and brand new. The room and bathroom were both immaculately clean. There was fragrant soap and shampoo in the bathroom, plus dental kit, etc. All of the bed linens and towels smelled nice and fresh. It was great to have a sofa and table as well. I also liked that there was a lift. Communal areas were very clean and well-organised. The room cleaning is a strong point too, always well done and with attention to detail. I liked having a beer and snack on the little balcony, which was also helpful to dry my laundry. There are both washing and drying machines at the back of the hotel carpark, or a separate coin laundry just next to the hotel. There are 7-Eleven and a small Big C shop just across the road, along with other local food options. I stayed for a week and would happily have stayed for longer. I liked the staff a lot. The hotel is both well planned and well managed. They take care of every detail. Thank you all for your hard work.

Just one word: WOW! The property is absolutely stunning and impresses with a large pool, the rooms are immaculate but what absolutely makes this hotel is the amazing staff, they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and requests, and treat guests like royalty. The service was fantastic. A big thank you to Nam Wan, Dream and Pon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay in Chiang Mai so memorable and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was delicious and value for money. Nice new hotel with great facilities. Just opposite the hotel is a small restaurant with tasty and affordable food and there's also a small grocery shop nearby.
