The room was nice, kinda restricted view, small cozy pool, nice bathtub. I made a surprise birthday for my husband, the decorations were beautiful, the cake looked and tasted so good. Daily refill for the bar, free buggy to every spot in the hotel, very helpful and cheerful staff. There was a Starbucks on the rooftop with magnificent view.

It's my 2nd Stay in The Memory At On On Hotel. Great location because it is in the Phuket Old Town area. Sparkly clean room, Good quality bedding and very clean. The aesthetic of the hotel is good, Friendly staff and provide us great info. Thank you for Khun Yaya and Khun Allan for helping us!
