Extremly friendly family business. The owner speaks very good English. Lanta and his team are the best! The houses located on the shore of an artificial lake. You can also feed the fish yourself. Breakfast is served personally to your room and you can tell yourself the time of breakfast. You order breakfast from the menu, very large selection of. You get 2 bottles of water every day. Very clean. Silky bed linen and comfortable bed. I was able to leave my fishing equipment at Lanta so now I can go fishing next time. I went fishing 5 minutes away on the pier. The restaurants are a bit far and you have drive there. There is no safe in the room. The beaches Is 5 minutes by scooter, the beaches are beautiful but there are no beach chairs. I definitely go back. Thank you, Lanta!

Super clean, rooms are very confortable, the mattress and pillows are beyond! The pool is amazing, feels like swimming in Evian water! We had a real fun night at the bar with the rock music group, the bar staff was the best! Very welcoming and fun!

If you want to visit a clean beach for swimming and water...

If you want to visit a clean beach for swimming and water activities, this is not a good option. there was plastic and other rubbish every where, both on shore and in the water. The resorts locally are lovely though and still worth staying at. We stayed at Santhiya and it was wonderful. The best thing about this area is it is not overcrowded and the locals are lovely

Very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was tall and had all the facilities you need and the pool and beach area is nice. But for going there you have to cross a public road with lots of traffic. But the worst thing was the food. All our food experiences during our whole stay there was just unacceptable. When we told our complains at the first Dinner to the waitress (the tiger prawns were like gummy the rest was more ore less tasteless) she just said ‚ok‘, left and didn’t come back for a long time. The breakfast offers many different food options but mostly weak quality and poor taste. There is an egg station where they offer also poached egg. When I ordered one, it was (pre-cooked) picked out of a plastic box in the fridge and served cold; the omelette Thai style was disgusting - really not what you expected in a 5* Hotel. If you’re staying at the resort anyway, you should eat outside the hotel,for example at Natai Seafood.

The purpose to stay at Natai beach was to be closer to the...

The purpose to stay at Natai beach was to be closer to the airport after spending more time further north. Luckily it was only one night. At best it is a three star Ressort. Needs urgent renovation, breakfast is very basic, fitness room is a joke, the price level impacts ‚atmosphere‘… no way I would spend my vacation at such a place. Beach was ok, pool was sizable, staff was lovely, room had a good size … on the positive side

Overall we found this a really great hotel. Our room was large and clean, the pool is delightful, as is the beach. We stayed for 4 nights and wanted somewhere we could just do nothing for a few days - this is what we got! There’s no a lot to do in the surrounding area but there’s a great little beach restaurant next door if you fancy a change from the hotel restaurants (and much cheaper - bring cash!).

The hotel has a perfect location for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The pools are big. It was great to watch the sunset by the sea and walk on the beach. We spent 6 nights in the hotel. The location is fantastic, the sea and the hotel are divided by the river. The hotel offers kayak, pádel board, surf board, … to all guests. There’s amazing sunsets and the surrounding is very rural. The room was also very spacious and with good views.

Amazing entrance to the hotel. Met by staff who transported us to our rooms via a golf buggy. Very easy check in process. Pool area was lovely and clean. Hot springs and cold plunge pool were great.
