Room was very very clean and spacious. Perfect location with 7-eleven 100m from the hotel and the rest of the main market as well on walking distance. 20 minute walk to Thongsala pier for ferry back. Pool very clean and nice temperature of the water.

Owners Ki and Chris have done an amazing job with remodeling and updating the property and Villas. We stayed in a beachfront Villa with a private infinity pool. Villa was large, very modern, with much attention to detail. Felt very safe and secure. Well exceeded our expectations. Staff were amazing, food was very good and had spectacular sunsets. I stayed with my girlfriend at All at the Sea Resort, and we absolutely loved it! Everything was spotless clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive – always checking in to see if we needed anything or could use any help. The location is perfect, close to everything you might need, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. We genuinely felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

    I choose to stay in Bann Tai for its central location. There are much nicer locations on the island to stay, however if you are like me, and like to explore, then this location is best as its in the middle of the coast line, and its close to central heart road ways that take you to any part of the island quickly.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area. I really enjoyed Wat Khao Tham and Apichada view point where I can visit by walk. There are lots of tasty local food with reasonable price. Especially I liked MAMA local restaurant. Also, I liked carrot cake from Croissant & Ko. They have lots of cakes and pastry it was difficult to chose!!! You can see the sunset from the beach.

    This side of the island is considered the most alive as it is close to the pier and there are a lot of bars, street markets and super markets. I would recommend it as a convenient option for accomodation.

    We loved our stay at Tiki Beach, highly recommend staying here. They appear to be renovating and you can see the improvements across the resort. We were here during the Full Moon so the resort was sold out. It was never loud or busy at all We had a small issue with our room and it was resolved beyond our expectations. The staff are lovely, the bar and restaurant food was amazing. You are right on the beach or a short ride to Thong Sala or Haad Rin. If I come back to Koh Phangan I will absolutely stay here again.

    This brand new boutique Hotel is the most magical place in Koh Phangan. Only 100m walk to the beach of Ban Tai. Alex the owner created this amazing place with love and style and as soon as you enter you feel the special energies this place transmits. It is a must stay for anyone appreciating arts and inspiring energies. The whole complex is constructed for people with restricted mobility. One of a kind surly. We loved and it will surly come back soon. Thank you!

    Nice clean room with a great pool facility with a swim up bar and overlooking the beach. There are restaurants, the vintage night market and a 7 11 nearby. The best part of this hotel is the staff, they are always attentive. I forgot some money in my room when leaving the hotel and they contacted me and kindly dropped it off to me at the pier. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
