Great location, free parking, security, amazing breakfast buffet and free use of the facilities of the nearby Torarica resort. Also loved the fact that every room had a balcony. Eco torarica is for sure my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in Paramaribo. I can’t wait to be back!

I wasn't sure what to exepct as this was my first trip to Paramaribo. Greenheart hotel just blew me away. A small hotel, tucked away in a quiet street. The owners Manoj, Gert have done an outstanding job in creating the ambience - bringing all of nature inside the hotel - beautifully decorated rooms with great views, great attention to detail. Every room is different! If the place was splendid, the people are a notch higher! Everyone in the hotel was friendly, warm and caring. I had issues with my reservation dates and they were promptly taken care of.

I love this place! The location is perfect. In the middle of nature with the park/ jungle on one side and the river on the other side. Staff is super helpful and friendly and it’s easy to get around by taxi. It’s beautifully renovated and the food is amazing. Especially the traditional Surinamese dishes. What a great place. I’m returning very soon for sure!

Before I even got there they were very communicative and friendly, and organised an airport transfer for me. As soon as I arrived they gave me a delicious welcome juice, and my room was already nice and cold from the AC (much needed in the kind of heat they have here!) For the duration of my stay every member of staff was so friendly, chatting to me, giving me recommendations, and making me feel very welcome. The room was lovely and clean and well equipped, most importantly with a powerful AC and a decent sized fridge! The communal living/restaurant area downstairs was great to sit in, lots of choices of places to sit (including a hanging egg chair which was my personal favourite), with great WiFi. Also a good location near lots of shops and restaurants, and close to lots of the sights of Paramaribo. All for a much better price than the Marriott/Torarica resort/etc.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very flexible with my arrivals and departures. The hotel is an oasis of calm. Really nice breakfast.
