Wonderful oasis in the heart of Dakar. Great atmosphere, music scene and pool area. Modern African-style vibe and decoration, with a lot of art. Truly kind staff (Dieng and Die at the reception as well as the restaurant waitresses). Lovely rooms with private terrace and well-kept garden. Everything about the Terrou-Bi is awesome. The staff are amazing a real credit to the hotel. Room was fantastic and so clean. Breakfast had a very good range. Private beach with life guards and massive adults pool and smaller toddler pool. Very hard to find a good hotel in Dakar, but this one could compare with other locations like New Your, UK and Australia etc etc ….

I don’t even know where to begin! This hotel was one of, if not the best, I’ve stayed at. Definitely one of the safest. There were always security personnel stationed outside or around the hotel 24/7, and the added X-ray scan before entering made me feel even more secure. I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Dakar, but this one really stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their English was clear, so communication was easy and effortless. The pool was lovely, and with the fitness center right next to it, I could work out and then jump straight into the pool to unwind. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked quickly to cool it down, which was a relief after a long day. The hotel is conveniently located downtown Dakar, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dakar
