Samuel was an exceptional person at the front desk. He was friendly, proactive in answering a question that was still in my mind. He greeted us energetically and had me and my family have a very positive first impression of the hotel. He gave us a discount card and advised where to park (at half of the normal price) to get off to the perfect location for sightseeing. Unfortunately I couldn't get the name of another very nice staff member who lent us her parking spot when we couldn't get one for our night stay.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the beautiful historic town of San Marino. Our room ( junior suite)was very spacious, comfortable, and modern . The staff were excellent. There was a very good choice at breakfast. We ate at the hotel's restaurant, La Terrazza, which has stunning views, and the food was excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Guards at Palazzo Publico very rude and not welcoming. Felt discriminated iupon. Restaurant staff at In or Out friendly and helpful. Sales ladies at leather bag store very accommodating. Pilipina working for a coffee shop so friendly and accommodating. Taxi driver very pleasant and accommodating San Marino people very friendly. Our only complaint were the guards in green and red at Palazzo Publico. On 2 occasions- first at night of Oct 7 then the following day in the morning. Very haughty and rude like they were dealing with animals.

San Marino is absolutely stunning.

San Marino is absolutely stunning. We came in October so you need a jacket in the evening. We were here for the Legends Rally so the place was vibrant and fun. Cheap to eat out, drinks etc. Italians, as always, very polite, helpful and welcoming! Great place to visit. It was only €11 each to visit the stunning castle, the 3 towers and museum. We also got a discount card from our hotel making it only €8 each. Easy to walk around everywhere, shops, castle and Palace all within walking distance

Very cute, old Town.

Very cute, old Town. The torture museum was very interesting if not disturbing as well. We ate at several good restaurants. Just outside the gate heading towards Hotel Joli is a very good restaurant on the street next to parking. Very nice people and very good food. There is a merchant that sells only pocketbooks just past Hotel Joli who is very nice, helpful.and has very good leather pocketbooks. I would highly recommend him. The kids loved climbing the 3 towers inside the city.and enjoyed the charm of the city as well

Location of Hotel Rosa is pretty much a the top of the old...

Location of Hotel Rosa is pretty much a the top of the old city, with wonderful views, and is just off of a main pedestrian thoroughfare, just up from P6. Room size (we had a deluxe triple) was great. Everything in the old town is very close & an easy walk (though some pathways get a bit steep :-)). Also, I do want to make a restaurant 'shout out' for La Fratta (just below the hotel), Wonderful Food!!

Walked (and climbed!)

Walked (and climbed!) our way through the fortified heart of San Marino — a tiny republic tucked inside Italy, but a country all its own. Three towers, endless views, and so many stairs later… we’re calling it an unforgettable adventure way, way, way up there. 🏰🇸🇲🥾

This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of the historical centre of San Marino. From my room being upgraded for free when I arrived, so I had a wonderful view .The breakfast was lovely, rooms spotlessly clean, WiFi great & the owners ( its a family run hotel going back to the 1950's ) where really nice too .They gave me great advice on what to do & where the best restaurants are . I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends visiting this wonderful little country.

Easy check-in but nothing special. Will do for a night in San Marino. We had everything we need. Need to have a car, otherwise it is harder to go around the country. Enough parking space right in front of the Hotel without spending more.
