I enjoyed staying in Komarno, as it is generally a lovely town, with an excellent location, with nice history, very tasty food and excellent weather. People are friendly and helpful and there are various things to do including visiting various hot and cold mineral spring baths which are very healthy. After several attempts of contacting the hotel staff I had to go to another hotel near by because was exhausted after all day travel. The Manager contacted me the same evening, offered his apologies, full refund and free breakfast. We met the next morning, had a nice talk and he explained himself. Very good approach!
