Small but very beautiful town. Getting around is quite easy. Love the small boutiques. We still missing some places because of the rain and we did not plan our itinerary well. Hope to come back someday.

Wonderful, small enough to walk through the whole city but enough to see a lot and spend time on different spots. Nice restaurants with a fabolous view on the sea with a high quality. You can find small shops, art boutiques, wine shops etc.

Wonderful small town on the sea coast, with great restaurants, beautiful views, nice shops, lots of history. I ate along the sea walk several times, got a local private tour, took a bus to the nearest town Portoroz. Would highly recommend seeing Piran!

Right up there with the Amalfi Coast and Cinque Terra in the gorgeous seaside village sweepstakes. Breathtaking views everywhere you look. Pretty main square with beautiful 18th and 19th century architecture. Crystal clear water for swimming, although there are no sand beaches, but piers and jetties. Piran is a very compact town so it is easy to walk but take care with the uneven cobblestones. There is a wide range of eating places. The cement area in front of the sea was a surprise: there is no sand. The free shuttle was handy for getting luggage from the very expensive parking garage (the only option for visitors). Piran is an idyllic peninsula of Slovenia, it's a very small village and therefore; I wish I'd stayed less than the 3 nights I did. The nearby towns are bigger and more touristy and have little to offer in terms of culture. I'd highly recommend using Piran for its ferries, the walking tour that includes food tasting and the salt spa/pans that are able to be reached by bus. But, also relaxing in the sun by the sea and enjoying the delicious restaurants.RebekahUnited Kingdom

The place was very clean, nice layout had a great balcony. The kitchen was a nice size and was fully stocked with cookery. A nice place to stay for a week or more. Fredi was great in getting back with us when we informed him about having to pay for parking when we entered town to unload our baggage. Instructions on how to access the apartment and where to park the car after unloading were good.

Perfectly located almost at the main square, it was close to everything yet quiet enough for peaceful nights. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the area is great for leisurely walks. The staff was notably super friendly and helpful, assisting us with parking outside the city. What really impressed us were the sustainable features of the hotel. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Piran!

The room was small, but nicely decorated and had everything you needed for a short stay (toiletries, AC, towels, etc). Staff was very friendly and professional. We arrived somewhat earlier and we appreciated the fact that we were able to check-in right away. The instructions about parking and getting into the city werw straightforward. Would stay again!

Quiet,dog friendly and nicely furnished. The host Matic helped us with the luggage and parking directions, very friendly and easy-going dude. Because the apartment was not booked until the day after, we were given the chance to check out later than usual. Very good value for the money!

We were there on a Thursday night in May and there was no problem with loud noise or music coming from the square. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast was very accommodating. The advance directions for finding the parking garage were exact and very Exhelpful.

You cannot enter the city by car but you can park the car in a garage outside the city center and take a free bus which stops in front of the hotel.
