The lakeside location was idyllic
The lakeside location was idyllic
We travelled to the accommodation on a short snowmobile ride through the forest.
The northern lights were visible for two nights of our short stay.
Jokkmokk is surrounded by beautiful scenery, lakes, rolling hills, forest. You sometimes pass reindeer on the roads.
I was there to participate in a long ski race and everyone I met in Jokkmokk was keen to help.

Sukki the dog gave us a warm welcome.
It was possible to book the sauna for private use.
The breakfast was great, and the hotel was very cozy.
The coffee machine was also a big plus.

Best place to stay in Jokkmokk. Beautifully decorated home with everything you need. Good bed, nice view towards the lake and great, peaceful location nearby center.
