That there was no staff as everything was done electronically and no cleaners during our three nite stay was perfect! We loved the windowless room as the silence was so good for working, writing or sleeping. No tv which was also a plus. The situation was excellent but a little tricky to find so a sign at the corner wld be helpful. The common area was very comfortable too. Also having a laundry was a plus.
