Perfect place. That's how everyone expects Sweden to be. Wonderful two houses, one for living, kitchen, bath and sauna and one for sleeping. Everything is lovely, quiet and high quality. Surrounded by peaceful and beautiful swedish nature. No neighbors only the lovely hosts in the next building. You can use the spacious garden, the bbq and the sauna. For us this is the perfect place.

Location of the hotel is excellent. We did not expect it to be so scenic. Also the hotel staff was too helpful. In fact, there was an Indian at the reception, who came to pick up us at the ferry point also.

I like the standard of Nordic hotel chains - all procedures and understandings are consistent. The room is clean, the toilet and shower are standard, the air temperature is OK, the bed is OK for sleeping (not too soft, could even be firmer), you can use an extra pillow, arrangement of sockets in the room is OK, WiFi is usable, the breakfest time is early - OK, the menu is tasty and there are no suprises from the chefs; it is also nice that you can make delicious coffee in the lounge in the corridor in the evening (I think there wa also a possibility to make tea… there was also a fridge for general use) … all in all, a very good place to stay when traveling - stress-free

The Home Hotel Post is a charming hotel, located in the old post office in central Oskarshamn. You'll stay close to Oskarshamn Station and the Gotland Ferry Terminal.

The breakfast was great. Fresh cheeses, salami, fruit etc. The location worked great for me as I was taking the ferry next morning and it is literally 5 min walk. Also, the check in for me was around 1 am so they provided all the details for me such as the codes and left the key on the reception counter. Well done.
