A beautiful place. An intimate, well-maintained property on the southern tip of Praslin Island. We stayed in the ground floor flat. Bedroom with comfortable large bed, surrounded by mosquito netting. Air-conditioned and with a ceiling fan distributing this air throughout the room. The bathroom, finished in marble, elegant and spacious. Great large walk-in shower, strong water pressure, all neat.... The kitchen adjoined a terrace with a view of the sea. Equipped, with all the necessary appliances: large fridge with freezer, toaster, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster. Full range of kitchen utensils.... The terrace, where we spent relaxing moments looking at the sea and listening to its soothing sounds.... The property is separated from the small beach by a local street, but this is really no inconvenience as traffic is negligible and unobtrusive. The owner who manages the property is contactable, very friendly and helpful. She did not impose and at the same time was supportive if we needed anything. We were sceptical whether to order meals at the property, but the grilled tuna dinner was really excellent. Delicious food, 'homemade' recipe - a really pleasant surprise. We were motorised, so getting around the island was not a problem. There is a bus stop next to the property, but we did not test this form of transport. It is literally a 5 minute drive by car to Ferdinand Park. There is a small shop nearby, for a coffee or for larger purchases you have to drive further which is 10 min.... In summary: a super place for a relaxing stay on Praslin if you prefer the sound of the sea and a comfortable stay and a friendly and hospitable atmosphere to the noise of the town and the larger human concentrations on this already small island. Definitely recommended.

This apartment is very spacious and overlooks a harbour. Although it is close to the coastal road it was never noisy. The beds were good as were the bathroom facilities. We gained access to the apartment a couple of hours before check-in time and the room was excellent. There is a good kitchen and the area has a nice sofa to sit on. The apartment is a short walk from a few shops and takeaways. The site has free parking for a car.

This is top of the world. Literally. Best views. Accommodation itself is also quite fabulous, full kitchen and grilling area. Bedroom is efficient. The best feature is outdoor shower, I don't think we used one inside once. This is a place for contemplating and stargazing. Vincent is a great host and also graciously let us use for late checkout times. One advice I would have was to take a full wheel drive car to enjoy experience as both public road and lane to the house are steep climb.

This is the nicest place I’ve stayed in the Seychelles. Ronnie and Mirella the owners and Grace and Kumar who work there were so friendly, helpful and kind. The location is perfect, it’s very quiet and peaceful with a little shop on site perfect for groceries, and the bus stop is just at the end of the road so it’s easy to get into C’ote D’Or in only 10 minutes. The gardens are beautiful and the view from the balcony is amazing, there are lots of birds in the forest below. The rooms were very comfortable, and you can cook in the kitchen or go to a really tasty restaurant just at the end of the road called the Seaview Grill. The wifi was really fast and we could stream things no problem at all. There’s a phone in the room which was really handy for making local calls like for a taxi. I’d definitely come and stay again!

We instantly made the apartment our short-stay home (3 nights) and cooked our vegetarian food in the kitchen. The apartment is in new condition and furniture, equipment are in good condition. The balcony over-looks the sea and green hills. Being from Nepal, we enjoyed the green landscape from the apartment and cool wind breeze from the balcony. Internet connectivity was fast as we did not feel any lagging even when all three of us were connected and at times parallely video-streaming. Ronnie, the host is very nice and offered us his small, nice swimming pool for our daughter to swim- she didn't use it as she swam in the beaches. At a small query he instantly notified the hotel at the Anse Lazio beach (it is a big hotel at the beach) and confirmd to us our access. I bet he would have been ready to support had we asked more. He was responsive to all my calls and messages and let us check out late on the 4th day as our boat to La Digue was departing at 2:30 pm as he had no guest to check in the apartment that day.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a view of mountain and sea. Located in a very serene and quiet place. The hosts were really generous and we had a tremendous time in Praslin. There is a small store within the property premises for all the essentials. Very smooth check-in and check-out.

Just gorgeous! Really great location, not far away from the ferry to La Digue, with access to the ocean. In the beautiful garden with many flowers and birds ! Spacious, comfortable room, well arranged, big bathroom. Really great breakfast and delicious dinner! Very, very nice and helpful hosts! It was really amazing time! We would definitely stay a little bit longer if we could.

island with beautuiful beaches. A self drive car is a must. must snorkel and dive must visit La digue and explore the various beaches of the island on bike. Vegetarian food is a little difficult. we couldn't find nice cafes which had eggless options.

Very nice beach when it’s high tide.

Very nice beach when it’s high tide. The water is warmer and calmer than in other sides of the island , although there is good amount of seaweeds. Snorkelling is average comparing to other beaches. Beautiful sunsets though!

Affordable to take the local bus and you get around easily. Generally, the prices for food etc. are the same as in Sweden. The most affordable is to eat take away. We would have needed 1-2 more days on the island (we had 4 nights) to "catch up" while we were there to relax. Green and nice, hilly, keep in mind that the sun is high all day. We are very happy with the start of our trip to the Seychelles.

Beautiful beaches, but precautions are necessary against sandflies, which can cause intense itching for up to a week. Bus travel is possible; the most beautiful beaches are Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette. There are no evening activities in Baie Sainte-Anne. A cruise to Curieuse Island and a visit to the Ferdinand Fund are lovely.

The beaches are superb.

The beaches are superb. In general, the food is expensive in restaurants, and the fish is everywhere fried in oil, not grilled. The quality/price ratio of the food is disappointing. However, there are a few decent options: La Gouloue, Les Lauriers and Cafe de Artes (the latter is much overpriced)

I liked everything. I visited the island by bus and house is perfectly located, all buses passing by there. I appreciated the welcome juice and the bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was good, I read many comments reading it is always the same but at the end you can decide what you want (ie I didn't want eggs every day). I only saw Dorina at check in but she has been very kind and helpful. The cleaning ladies also very nice Highly recommended.

Amazing house and host! The pictures online do not capture the beauty of the place! The property was spotless, with an incredible infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean with breath-taking views. The host was outstanding—super communicative and helpful throughout the stay. There were plenty of activities nearby, and the beaches on Praslin Island were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

Perfect location to explore the island. Connie was amazing, helped us sort out car hire and was always available if needed. I would strongly recommend a car as the hill is very steep to walk up. Facilities in the apartment were fabulous and good quality. The size and decor of the rooms were also great with perfect view of the sea. There is nothing I would change, thanks for a wonderful stay Connie!
