Absolutely everything about this place is 5 star. The staff are amazing and create a wonderful vibe and extremely helpful and caring. The food is fantastic and the setting is like paradise. A special thank you to Reagan for looking after us during our stay. To Javed and Kaoutar for setting up our amazing beach surprise. The management and staff at the beach club and the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast club for showing their exceptional service and making us feel at home and welcome. Everyone we met was so kind and that for me makes the stay even more memorable. The best 5 star resort I’ve ever stayed and it will take a lot of effort to compete with The St Regis. Thanks again and we will most definitely return ❤️

STAY HERE AND ENJOY BEING TREATED LIKE ROYALTY! Rooms are spacious, mini bar is amazing, pool views top tier, staff are antentive! Food was yummy! Everything is thought through, easy communication via whatsapp. l love that you can request for the buggy driver to take you pictures and also show you around the whole resort! Special mention about Orhan the operations manager! He was so kind and checked in on us when ever he saw us. All the staff are amazing but these stood out, Mr Orhan- welcoming, funny and kind. Rainos- his so kind and patient Muhammadfawad- house keeping robinah -Lifeguard Coka - Lifeguard, his the reason why my sister had the best exprience kayaking in the ocean as Coka assured her and calmed her down and even went in the ocean to show my sister that she could stand in the shallow end! we are so grateful! Abdulahmed- reception checkout Azizz-checked us in the buggy Reagen- buggy driver- is attentive and helped save my camera from the ocean-thank you! Reasurant team- Rowena , aisha, Mr Khan and Dean!! We were treated to a complimentary floating breakfast too to celebrate a birthday by Mr Orhan, We are grateful to him.
