The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. Modelled as a traditional Arab village, the ambiance was wonderful and really differentiated the hotel from most others. A very comfortable boutique hotel. The Spa was also great and the staff could not have been more welcoming.

The place is very good for business travel. The service is very prompt and responsive. There are people in the reception 24x7. I told them that I will check in late at mid night as my fight was landing in mid night. They were kind enough to accept my request and made sure that the people in reception knew that I will check in late night. They served water daily and regularly cleaned my rooms as requested. Special call out to Suleman and Aakash for their kind service. Overall very satisfied staying here. Will definitely stay here again for next visit.
