I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

Everything was perfect. Staff is really helpful and kind. We got un upgade of the room and the room was spacious with two balconies. Breakfast is so delicius with a variety of food.

We spent 3 nights at Mythos Boutique Hotel and had a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome; everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we could have asked for. We loved how peaceful the hotel was, yet it was still conveniently close to the city's main areas. After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to come back and enjoy a quiet evening at the hotel. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, with a good variety to choose from. The restaurant also offered great options for lunch and dinner. Overall, Mythos Boutique Hotel was the perfect base for our trip — calm, stylish, and with a warm, personal touch. Everything is printing clean, matching stringent international standards, comfortable and incredibly soundproofed. You cannot hear anything in the other rooms, and can fully enjoy the roomy, airy, extremely well decorated rooms full of amenities. I have tried a room and an executive suite and both delivered incredible value for money. So does the bar and the restaurant... But the main asset of this perfectly located hotel is the staff. Nadège and her colleagues at reception were incredibly helpful, and you cannot fault anyone as their competencies, attention to details, professionalism and kindness are a genuine commitment to customer experience. Truly excellent!

The breakfast was delicious, served on time, and plentiful. The Heaven restaurant and Boutique hotel looked exactly as shown in the pictures, it was so beautiful. The room is beautiful with artwork highlighting African culture. The restaurant location was great, near Kigali town, it has a serene environment and calm, just what I needed for my vacation. In addition, the hotel already has an itinerary of activities you can do and I participated in some of them and it was worth the money. I had an amazing time, the tour guides were professional and they answered the questions I had. I also had a complimentary massage that was included in my stay which was relaxing and amazing.
