We booked for a transit stay. It was really close to the motorway. The room was comfortable. We had dinner it was 8€ pp and it was worth the money. Breakfast was really nice. Would stay here anytime again.

My room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Luka is a very friendly and welcoming host who also speaks fluent English. The location is perfect for the railway station, which is a 10 minute walk away. There are some handy shops nearby. It was excellent value for money and I would stay here again if visiting Nis.

A real hidden gem ! You easily forget the distance from centre of Nis (approx 6 km), it provides the full pleasure as the rooms are awesomely equipped. Clean and sweet with a lot of invested efforts from the great, hospitable and helpful hosts !!! Groceries stores are near by, and also there is a local restaurant with great local specialities. We'll stay again here for sure ! All recommendations !

TEO exceeded our expectations by far! The host is great, and the place is great! Clean, high standard, and 100 meters from the very heart of the city. One thing is for sure. We will visit again and when we do, there are no doubts about where we will live. We were upgraded to something I would like to call a 5-star apartment. All the luxury that comes with a 5-star hotel with a small difference. Being an apartment, it had a very nice and modern kitchen, spacious and beautiful as the rest of the apartment. It was truly a vacation where we got some well-deserved rest, made possible due to the high standard of the apartment, and the hospitality of the host. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable by providing an oasis to thrive in. There are no doubts. Next time we visit, we will stay here. There's no need to look for something else.
