Charming! We had a lovely time. The hostess came bearing local grapes. The cottage had everything we needed. Any information we needed (eg. availability of a restaurant) was provided by the hostess. Would definitely recommend!

It is a very cozy, clean apartment! Enough place, light, kitchen things. Elena, very lovely host, gave us a lit of towels and woods for the oven. She also proposed to make fire herself, but I can do it myself :) Big panoramic windows with a very great view 😍 There is a restaurant nearby, that works even in low season. They provide meat and fish dishes

I have been travelling to the Balkans nature, forests and many other cool places around but omg I never stayed in such a cool place in my life! I don't know where to start but the house is so cozy, newly renovated and right at the lake. The host is super friendly, kind and fun. Everything is very clean. I got free breakfast and I received the best hospitality upon my arrival, even though I came at 8 am. The wifi is very strong so you can work from here. The house is in the middle of the Forrest. I felt like I was in the country house with my friends. If you want to enjoy beautiful nature, a comfortable house with a big terrace, to have a good and relaxing sleep, this is your house.

    Perfect for foragers and those wishing to experience...

    Perfect for foragers and those wishing to experience undeveloped natural mountains and a crystal clear lake that stretches for miles. With all the winding dirt roads and remote wilderness it is easy to lose WiFi and get lost so be sure to map your route ahead of time and save for offline viewing. Also keep an eye out for random dirt road exits off of major roads that locals use to access lake and stream areas for swimming and sunbathing.

    We stayed inside the Tara National Park.

    We stayed inside the Tara National Park. Its a beautiful place and a nice space to get connected to nature. Got some breathe taking view points and amazing roads. Evening become dark quick and so are the shops to close as well. The night drive is breathe taking as we saw some foxes and rabbits on the road. Some roads were snow filled and it makes it extra adventurous. Away from city and a nice place to spend few days. 3 days should be enough to roam around and cover most of the attractions. Dinning at Tarsko Jezero is a must for its amazing view over the valley. Get snow tyres and u are good to go! We rented a car from Belgrade airport and it was a nice journey. On the way Get your groceries and eatable (from Maxi) especially if you are travelling with kids. Proper winter clothes are advised. Its a hikers paradise.
