The host is superb. He kindly met our needs, some rules we have to follow as foreigners. Communication was very clear and immediate. We were able to move into the apartment by ourselves. The apartment is as on the photos, a nice modern design, it's clean, the linen is fresh, the little kitchen is well equipped and there're enough of the kitchen utensils. There was free tea and cinnamon. Everything functions properly. Good WIiFi. There's also a free parking place. There're markets nearby. Very good and easy to find location in a historical center of the city. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great location, bus stop right outside to take 26 into Belgrade. Close to market, supermarkets and bakery downstairs. Modern and comfortable, very secure with staffed desk at entrance. Access to gym. Communication with hosts excellent.

In the center, 4 independent sections consisting of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is a market right next to it. The landlord is very attentive. There is a washing machine, iron, kettle and all the necessary materials. I definitely recommend it

The host is super nice and helpful, she met us at the apartment to show everything and gave a lot of helpful tips on the surroundings. The apartment is in a very quiet, family-oriented surroundings, several grocery stores nearby. There also are several city transport stops nearby (2-10 min walking distance) to get to the center or other parts of the city. The apartment is well-equipped (kitchen ware, clothes drying rack, etc). Washing machine, TV, WiFi were working well. There is a dining table that can also be used as a work desk if needed.

The apartment was perfect, the host was excellent and the jacuzzi and the sauna was amazing. We had a parking place just outside the apartment for free and in a very safe area. Nearby in 8 minutes by car there was a huge mall that you can eat and buy anything. The bee shopping mall.

New, clean and spacious apartment. The host was nice, he responded very quickly to all our questions and requests (let us check in 4 hours earlier or helped to make a white card). There is a parking spot in front of the building and that was very convenient. Shops, bakeries, cafes, playgrounds, parks are in walking distance which is a great advantage.

We had a fantastic experience staying at President Apartman 7. The apartment was modern, clean, and very well-organized. The noise insulation was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, with a quiet street and easy access to everything we needed. Tomislav, the host, was exceptional. He was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations.     Vračar is a great Belgrade neighborhood.

    Vračar is a great Belgrade neighborhood. Many good restaurants, walking distance to the city center and other attractions. Robusta is an amazing little coffee shop with excellent coffee; Kalenic is a traditional and well-known kafana that has delicious food; Fabrika is restaurant for wood-fired pizzas that are wonderful; Miam Miam was a surprise discovered on this trip that has fantastic Indian food. There's lots to do an see in Vračar. Also, Krunska and Topolska streets are considered to be two of Belgrade's most beautiful streets -- take your time and walk down both the entirely.

    One of the best, maybe best areas in the city.

    One of the best, maybe best areas in the city. It's quiet and green, but there a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, at least two seasonal farmers markets also here. If you travel for business - a lot of banks and lawyer firms placed here.
