We stayed in this location for 4 days during the winter. We liked it very much. It was an extraordinary surprise that we could live in a floating house. The landscape and atmosphere were incredible. It was very clean, cozy, and warm. It's not very close to the city center (25 minutes by car) but we liked the quiet, peaceful area. We recommend this location, and we will definitely come back in the summer. Belgrade is a gorgeous city. As related the hosting... Irena and Nikola are more then friendly. Very careful with our needs, and paying attention to details, they provided us with everything... nothing were missing in the house during our stay. The reason why we insisted to meet with them for a pleasant dinner and a couple of glasses of wine :). Beautiful family and knowledgeable too... if you really want to know Belgrade from a localnic perspective, and to taste a truly delicious local serbian cousine, they are the best guides you may have... museums, places to visit, to shop, to eat, to drink. There are not enough stars to express the experience... it was an honor to meet you, guys! And truly hope to see you again in the summer. Happy New Year!!!

We needed special hotel for special weekend, time aftter Bajaga concert. That is it. The new, very comfortable and extremly clean hotel. Triple room was as apartment. The staf was very nice, polite. Love hotel Balkan! Unbeatable location, lovely staff and beautiful rooms. I got a free upgrade from the lovely hotel manager. Breakfast was nice variety, though breakfast room was super hectic when I got there. There were few free tables , but I couldn’t sit as they were still packed with used plates and stuff. I waited for a while for someone from staff to come and clean them up. Other than that , everything was great!

The beds were wonderful, the same as breakfast. Beautiful view of Dunai and good location to the fortress and river embankment compliment it. The personnel were friendly and even helped to charge our scooter and prolonged parking for free the next day. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay. The price corresponds to the high service and comfort you receive for it.
