Staff: Ana and Alina were amazing. They really catered to our needs and went above and beyond for us. Alina gave us some great sightseeing tips and even gave us a great plan to follow which worked perfectly. Ana helped us when we were being scammed by Uber drivers at Therme. When they realised we were headed for the airport they would accept our ride then cancel it and offer to take us for €15 (Uber was €7). He said there was no point looking elsewhere as they would all cancel me. Which they did and laughed about it. Thankfully, upon contacting Ana helped us out and was able to help us get to the airport. We were very grateful as she helped out of a very very intimidating situation. The decoration was really nice. We loved the layout of the hotel and the simplicity of it. There was a lot of dust in the room. Not visible dust but as we were both allergic to dust we really felt it. Also the room was extremely hot. Reception or cleaner were not able to help us so we just left the window open. The bathroom was relatively clean however the toilet could have done with a clean on the outside as there was residue on it.

Great option for a short stay. The hotel is located near the Bucharest Henri Coandă airport. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again in this hotel and will recommend it to my friends. Additionally, the staff was friendly, engaged, and supportive. Thank you!

In my opinion this motel is best for staying close to the...

In my opinion this motel is best for staying close to the airport or if you have a car. To get to grocery stores you need to walk 2~ km by the highway or go to the local one who is barely a grocery store. Positive: As for the motel, it is very pretty, very modern and good facilities. The bathroom and shower are spacious and clean and they allow dogs which is a big plus for me. There is an Italian restaurant right by the hotel which is very good and convenient to order food from :) Negative: The young male receptionist is not very friendly at all and was just watching my 65 year old Grandma carry her suitcase up two flights of stairs and I have a feeling he is just the owner's son and not hired there based on his attitude.
