Wow! What a beautiful property. Idyllic is the absolutely most complimentary word one can use to describe a property and I can actually say that after a horrible host in an apartment , this place is idyllic. There was a great cormorant posted outside my room both mornings for hours and a lot of different species of ducks and many beautiful little gulls, my room was right on the water and the relaxing sounds were exactly what I needed. The personnel were lovely and I will definitely be back. I simply cannot tell you how pretty this hotel is with lush green canopied grounds, a lovely garden and right on the lake! There is a wonderful porch swing and it is just idyllic. Like being in a fairy tale but not too far from a city. You can still enjoy nature from Tulcea and have the restaurants and center nearby. I felt peaceful here.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, with all expected amenities. Breakfast was great, and it was wonderful that staff offered a packed breakfast when we checked out very early in the morning. Location is a great stepping off point for exploring all areas of the Delta! Staff were very friendly and helpful, too.
