We can honestly say that we've had the best time here; Franco is one of a kind, so generous and thoughtful of every little detail. The hotel is located in the old town so location is impeccable. The staff were very helpful and called to make a reservation for the bus to Brasov on our behalf. They also helped us with our luggage after calling a taxi for us. The breakfast was abundant too and the hotel restaurant serves great food.
