It felt like home. From the moment we stepped in, this house had a warm feeling about it that stuck throughout our stay. Nothing fancy or modern, on the contrary, the furniture is quite classic. Nevertheless, the house had everything we needed: a lot of space for the kids to play, very well equipped kitchen, appropriate heating and sufficient wood for fire, very clean everywhere. Actually, the cleanliness is what struck me from the beginning. The host was kind to support with towels, although it appears that in the description of the accommodation towels are not included (so be aware of that when you book). The view was quite amazing too. Location is good, about 10-15 minute walk to the ski slopes.

We had a wonderful stay at Timian Chalet! The chalet is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a warm, cozy atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and you can tell that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make you feel at home. The location is quiet and relaxing, yet also a great base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Miercurea Ciuc. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the common areas, including the terrace, are perfect for spending quality time together. It truly feels like a “home away from home.” We highly recommend Timian Chalet and we are already considering booking a longer stay there.

The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The host and his wife were kind and welcoming, and the home had absolutely everything one could need - from washing machine and iron to laundry detergent, fabric softener and hairdryer and even more. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the beds were truly hotel quality. We had a wonderful time and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. We're already planning to come back next year! :)

    Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Seems newly built, comfy rooms, very warm. Food at the restaurant was delicious and prices were reasonable. Breakfast was ok for a 3 star hotel, nothing was missing. Location is awesome, 10 minutes walk from the slopes and all the fun activities. In the back yard of the hotel there is a cross-country skiing track. Staff were awesome and made is feel very welcomed. Even the owner checked in on us from time to time. The place is Kid friendly also. Free parking is a plus.
