I had to access the hotel late at night, as my flight arrived then. However, arrangements were made well in advance, with excellent communication from the hotel, and a special code Sent to me that day. I had a little trouble using it, but a phone call to a staff member easily sorted that out, so I gained entry to the hotel and my room, and I enjoyed a lovely hot shower before sleep in my very comfortable bed. The breakfast was unusual for me, but I found plenty to eat that I liked. When leaving, Andrew ordered an Uber for me, took my bags to the meeting place, and spoke to the driver, so I had a good ride to the airport.

This is an absolute gem that exceeds expectation for the last 4 years now. I have been returning to this hotel for the New Year's celebration for 4 consecutive years and it just keeps getting better and better. This is the most AMAZING hotel I've ever stayed in (especially for the price). Such a clean, modern and comfortable BIG room with impressive bathroom. They let us drop our bags off early before check-in and were great communicators. While we only had interaction with the cleaner who helped with the bags, they made check-in so simple with passcodes. The (free) mini fridge was very appreciated. Excellent cleaning services. The location was excellent for us as we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Although you'll want to be exploring Bucharest, when we wanted to have a chill evening they had a big, modern TV which let us log into our streaming services which was nice. I honestly can speak highly enough of this place. I would certainly return again. This is unlike any other place I've stayed in.
