The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was also very close to the metro. The staff were super kind and helpful. When in Qatar, I wouldn't mind staying here again. A shout out to Soukaina at the front desk. When she learnt it was my birthday she got me cake and a card. Golphin at the travel desk who was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure we had a blast at the sand dune bashing.

All staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. I experienced much kindness and enthusiasm from each individual and the team, as a whole. One employee, Naywa in food service, stood out as a delightful, friendly and even bubbly personality. Each day we were happy to interact with Naywa. Excepcional Hotel. A legit 5 star, Park Hyatt was an amazing surprise. My stay was beyond any expectation. In all aspects you consider to evaluate, they were spectacular. Location: Amazing, a few minutes walking to Souq Waquif Staff: Extremely helpful and warm, especially a man from Sri Lanka, which the name I forgot Infrastructure: Sophisticated, charming and conserved. Room: Outstanding, no flaws.
