Very friendly, genuine welcome and subsequent service, at reception and in the restaurant. Good sized rooms, good temperature control (we visited in very cold weather, and it was cozy), great shower, comfortable bed.

Great room with a view out across the town. Sat out on the balcony for some time late into the evening just looking out across the hills and town. Restaurant also with good views out and the food was quite superb.

The images on your site show an outside area which is the...

The images on your site show an outside area which is the pool at he rear. The actual pool and gardens do look pretty, however the edging stones on the pool edge are not fixed and dangerous. The barbecue area is dirty and doesn't get cleaned. The front of the house is unkept. The downstairs bedroom looked as though someone had just woken up and made the bed. The toilet didn't flush until we realised the water had been turned off. We stopped a cap that ent underneath a bed to find it was covered in spiders webs and dead spiders. There was scab webs all over the house. We left the house after 15 minutes and booked another house close by which was 200% better. I feel very agrieved that i have paid for this house and will probably not get any refund. I have told the owner my issues, and he has not offered any recompense either.
