Delightful helpful owner. Parked our bikes in shelter. There is an excellent breakfast provided and a gift. Large warm rooms that were spotless.

This former farmer house was refurbished respecting Alentejo’s traditional architecture.

A very, very beautiful place away from everything. Great staff (not everyone speaks good English, but that didn't prove much of a problem). Dinners are deceptively simple but very good and the wine excellent. We spent three amazing days and wished it could last much longer. An ultimate retreat.

Newly refurbished, beautiful small hotel with lovely white, comfortable rooms. Everything was top, there is a nice breakfast room and a breakfast style buffet. Super-comortable beds!

The property is beautiful, like staying in a small stately home. It is really well equipped, from the fully equipped kitchen to the huge towels for both inside and out, everything has been thought off. The outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge & bbq make life easy and the spa which is housed in a different building just made the holiday feel luxurious, not to mention the huge pool. Nita looked after us really well and yet was unobtrusive, thank you. Also, the delightful cafe is less than 5 minutes away and the supermarkets less than 10 minutes by car. We loved the remoteness of the house and the dark skies at night, the stars were amazing.
