Def highlight was the staff: one of the best! From the reception to cleaning personal, they all made sure that we have a great experience. First day, lady at the reception printed out an itinerary for the festival and brought it to our room, which we even have asked for! Once I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday week, reception and cleaning personal prepared the best surprise. On the last day, we needed a taxi at 5am and asked for reception to help us arrange it: then when they realized we are leaving really early they tried to arrange a breakfast for us. Once my boyfriend said its not needed, gentleman at the reception asked if he should arrange a lunch box. These people love their job and make sure that guests have a great experience, I really hope hotel management values them and treats them as they deserve because they are the 5th star to this hotel 🥰

.Amazing hotel. beautiful Excellent design with rare taste. A wonderful breakfast by Chef Sergio and great advice from Tony, the owner of the hotel. There are many five star hotels, this hotel is a wonderful experience. A sunrise rising from the ocean fifty meters from the hotel room. Everything, but everything - wonderful.

A bottle of water and two cakes were waiting for us when we first entered the room. The room was large with a big balcony. The room was divided into two parts: a bedroom and a living room with a sofa, a table, three chairs, a TV and a small kitchen. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was exceptional. You can order dishes from the menu and get everything you ordered directly from the kitchen, as well as choose from the table. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. Large underground parking. The city center was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. When we checked out of the hotel early in the morning, the staff prepared a breakfast box for us! We even didn't ask about it. This was the best hotel we booked in Portugal for the price we paid!
