The view, the silence, accommodation was great, nice restaurants around, wifi was good. Was like sleeping in tomb completely dark and completely quiet, awesome! Booked an extra night because of it.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming and accommodating (Carlos and his wife). We also really liked the traditional look, Minho stone, origional features and history of the hotel. We were told it had been a post office in its distant past.
