The Centro historico was fun and exciting to explore. It is very compact with lots of churches. The Jardim do Sol were very pleasant. Very walkable place once you get to the top. All the normal grocery stores available. Try the Pampillos, very good local confectionary. We particularly liked Cafe Bijou.

The room with the stunning panoramic view was clean and comfortable. The food downstairs was very good and reasonably priced. Parking was easy and accessible. The center of town was a good 25 minute walk so we drove and parked in the central underground parking lot. Easy. Nice shops and the Porto del Sol is a beautiful park with another stunning view.

This place was amazing! I am waking the Camino and it was a little more expensive than other places I have booked but it really was worth it. It’s better in person than the pictures show. My room was so comfy, food was great and great portions, there were communal areas open around the property and everything was spotless. I would happily book this for a ‘regular’ holiday and it had all the facilities of a great boutique hotel.

The hotel is located over a hill, with really nice views of the surroundings. There was an indoor pool, as well as an outdoor one and both were open and available in April, quit convenient due to high temperature. Breakfast was good and plenty. Rooms were comfortable and clean. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance.
