We had a great experience from the first contact till the last farewell. The host of the Quinta is a nice and interesting person. I was so keen on knowing more about the vines and vineyards, Vitor answered all my questions and even showed us around. They met us with a welcome gift (amazing vine and some snacks which was totally unexpected); suggested some good places to eat and explore. And the scenery from the apartment... worth a million.. Thanks for everything, Vitor. We hope to see you once again in Autumn maybe ;)

It is more then apartment, it is an experience. 250 y old stone village in the middle of the valley, with hundred year old school and old public laundry place. It feels like time is stoppped in that amazing place. Was nice to explore all around. It is only few minutes from Pinhao by car. The house was very clean, newly equipped, everything was in working condition. It was absolutely the best our stay during our trip to Portugal!

Rosa & family were at the property when we arrived. Showed us around and nothing was too much trouble, even taking us to the nearest still open supermarket for us to get some food (we arrived Sunday evening). What can I say that hasn't been said before? WOW!! The pool was clean, the property was clean, the view from the balcony was sublime. The wine - delicious, make sure to try some! 1 double room, 1 twin room was just perfect for us. Everywhere we wanted to go was approx 1/2 hour drive away. Just want to say thank you again 🙏 ❤️

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Our hosts were so kind and caring we felt like they had become our friends. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The breakfast offerings were delicious and we had home cooked four course dinners both evenings that were very satisfying. Our hosts arranged a winery tour for us that we greatly enjoyed.

My family loved this place, peacefull quite very relaxing, a rural vibe super confortable. The staff is so thoughtfull and welcoming , from the first smile to the goodbye everyone was super nice to me and my family. Love to come back anytime.

The LBV house hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and has a beautiful view of the surrounding area, especially from the pool area. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was strong to provide immediate relief from the August heat. The staff were so kind and friendly and made us feel right at home. We could walk about 15 minutes to a nice dinner place and our tour of Quinta Bomfin. At night we felt less comfortable walking back since it was very dark, but otherwise everything was perfect!

    Accommodation was great and highly recommend. Pleasant surprise exceed expectations! Bedroom comfy, shower and pressure good. Kitchen great with all utensils to cook in available. In a quiet little village that was great to walk around and explore. A little out of the way but only 20 minutes to Sabrosa and Pinao. Loved our stay!

    We loved our stay at the Casa dos Barros Winery Lodge. The stay was a truly lovely experience. The staff were wonderful. The immaculate room was full of character and the bathroom was up to date.. Thoughtful touches included wine and nibbles and the breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend this gracious hotel.

    Lovely setting in the vineyards. Large room and bathroom. Good continental breakfast. Just a note: If you using this hotel as a travel base, it's quite high in the mountains, so a long dark winding road, if you coming back in the dark.
