Liked the overall design of the hotel. It is new and fresh hotel just by the sea. The SPA is working till 9 pm, we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious and wide variety of different foods. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

A perfect experience in Porto Covo. The owner met me and I was the only guest so had the run of the place. Sat by the fireplace (lots of wood) reading much of the night. All the amenities!

It's a very cozy, well kept place with a very thoughtful interior. Our host Joana also provided bread and a little welcome snack and sent us information about Porto Covo beforehand which was very useful. It's located right at the Rota vicentina which made it perfect as a overnight stay for us, but it really made us wanting to stay a little longer!

Such a thoughtful host. Could not have done more to make us feel welcome. A small walk to town but a lovely stop when walking the fisherman's trail. Pool was A bonus.

This hostel was such a cozy good vibe. The hostel itself, the staff, the breakfast, the sunset in the rooftop. In every detail there was a lot of love with a focus on simplicity that just slowed my mind. Even the use of the hostel owned surfboard(just softies but still) was included, I never experienced that. A big shout out to the staff and the volunteers - they were such a great team and extremely lovely. I really mean it: this was one of the most beautiful hostels I’ve ever been too. 10/10

    A typical seaside town that quietens down after the season.

    A typical seaside town that quietens down after the season. We visited in February so almost everything was closed. It was lovely because there were no tourists and you could easily find a place in a restaurant (although it wasn't that easy to find an open restaurant). The center still has the feel of an old-type fishing village with tiny cute white and blue houses, but you can see and feel the pressure of the modern beach town which is just behind the old city center. Great beaches and amazing cliffs add to the attractiveness of Porto Covo both in winter and in summer.

    Gorgeous spot to visit if you want to stear away from big crowds. Views are breathtaking with a bunch of beaches connected by caves and grottos. There really isn't much else there. A small little village with some eating facilities and a small supermarket. It's a perfect spot for one day and night. The fact that you can park your car wherever you please is also very nice.

    Great location for beach goers, with multiple pristine, gorgeous coves in close walking proximity. Friendly staff; we were upgraded to an ocean front view room and they were able to accommodate our request for a late checkout, last day of our trip so we were able to enjoy the beach before our long flight home. Breakfast (included) was plentiful and offered many options. Our trip included stays at 5 hotels, this was the only one that actually had a stocked mini fridge.

    Porto Covo is an attractive little town with a small fishing harbour. The Main Street has a lot of very touristy shops. A fair choice of restaurants to eat in but nothing special. It was easy to get to using the very efficient Portuguese bus service and a good place to start walking the Rota Vicentina.

    Beautiful little town. Nice restaurant. Lovely little local fish and fruit market open in the mornings only. No main supermarket that I could see, only small local ones. But a beautiful beach and cove.

    An amazingly relaxing holiday destination with everything you could ever want and a touch of luxury. Towns to visit are close by, but just relaxing in the hotel is an experience in itself. There are animals, bikes to borrow, tennis and paddle among others. Beaches are just a short walk away. What makes the place truly special however is the staff. They are beyond amazing and really take care of you. Food was among the tastiest we've had in Portugal and that is saying a lot. We could not be happier and look forward to returning.

    MUTE is a perfect spot for any traveller. The staff was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. The breakfast contained fruits and some plant based milk, but if you're vegan, vegetarian, prepare a bit. The hostel doesn't offer access to a kitchen, but there are multiple possibilities to eat out. And the grocery store is just by the corner. The best feature in the room was the heating, which is usually not the case in Portugal. I was very happy about that. :)

    Very nice location, with our own bathroom and clean common kitchen to use.. Space was little bit tight but very clean and peaceful. Just the beds were to soft. And there is an amazing bakery just behind the corner, as well as the beach with the most fantastic views.
