The property was excellent, everything we needed had been anticipated and supplied, it was exceedingly clean and very modern in every aspect. We visited Estremoz on our 2nd day and had lunch in a 16th century prison, that and a visit to there amazing Saturday market made the trip.

A really nice house with all facilities necessary. A friendly host that was always on call to answer any questions. The location is beautiful within reach of the many river beaches and a main town only 20 mins away. There is a really nice restaurant within 1 kilometer and a local cafe just a few meters from the house. Would recommend this as a nice getaway for a super relaxing holiday. We would book this house again when we visit the area again. Thank you all hosts.

Ever since seeing pictures I've wanted to stay at this convent hotel and it was even better than I expected. If you stay you can explore the property freely, and there is so much to see. Annex room was decent enough but I'd stay in the convent itself next time. Enjoyed the adults-only pool and were able to order G&Ts delivered. Breakfast was also very nice. Walked one of the trails (6km) around the property. The on-site restaurant is very pretty and the food is quite good, though the restaurants in the nearest village are better.

The hotel and outside spaces were impressive, as was the location - very convenient for the admittedly small town, with easy parking nearby and a good restaurant opposite. We particularly appreciated the guest lounge and its stove, as it was cold when we stayed (New Year period). We will definitely stay again.
