We very much liked the pool and the kind welcome and support. We also appreciated the breakfast, especially the good coffee and the great orange juice. The apartment was big and very much suited to our needs.

Everything! So clean, spacious rooms and fantastic breakfast. Staff were lovely and it was right across from the beach. We had a balcony overlooking garden terrace with restful sound of a little water feature.

The hotel is convenient to the beach, the main touristic areas of coffee shops and restuarants and shops, as well as at the cycle paths and walking paths, around the lagoons and to the beach. Easy to find from toll roads between Porto and Lisbon. Clean, attractive, well-maintained. Room size is good, bed very comfortable with a mattress topper and enough blankets (it was raining and cooler during my visit), cupboard space is generous, bathroom is older but immaculate and lots of hot water. The lift is really fast, and the view from the Quarto Duplo Superior is great - over the lagoon, and to the beach, and of the sunset. Breakfast was generous, staff were kind and helpful in check-in, and breakfast, desk is manned till late (so good if you're travelling alone). I had a very comfortable and relaxed visit and will be coming back

    We enjoyed staying in Mira - quieter than Praire de mira but...

    We enjoyed staying in Mira - quieter than Praire de mira but easy access to the Lagoon and walking distance of shops and restaurants. O Seica restaurant offers great value Portuguese food - the cost of a decent bottle of wine was so incredibly reasonable and the owner very friendly. Sabores Da Grelha steakhouse is more expensive but very delicious food - must book as it gets very busy. Sitio do Cartaxo on the lagoon is a must to visit - amazing small but quirky place to eat with delicious food. A bit expensive but worth it.
