The facilities were very nice and new. The room was large and comfortable. The little extras like fruit and lemonade were the cherry on top! The staff were also really fantastic and went out of their way for me!

This place is extraordinary. One of the most beautiful I've ever been. Decorated in a tasteful style that emphasizes the charm of the hotel and gives good vibes. The hotel is located in the heart of Sintra, but at the same time away from the crowds. It's amazing how quiet and peaceful it is there, when a few hundred meters away we have the main tourist attractions. I could write about it for a long time. The place is extraordinary and beautiful. The staff is very polite and helpful. All amenities are provided. I am grateful that I had the pleasure of staying here.

Modern de luxe hotel with style. Despite many children, hotel was very quiet. We (5adults + 1 child) stayed in a 2 rooms appartment + sofa bed in living room. Each room has 1 double bed (very comfortable) and bathroom en suite. Efficient checkin. Good restaurant. Hotel has normally 2 restaurants but only 1 was open. Very good breakfast with many food choices. Hotel with 4 swimming pools (2 outside, 2 inside), jacuzzi, spa and many places for kids (trampoline, swimming pool, tennis lessons). Many families with young children. Appartment had its own parking with direct access to appartment. Free parking

It's an incredible location right in the historical centre of Sintra. The desk staff are extremely gracious hosts and ready to assist with anything and everything including issues with the facilities and directions to the local sights. Breakfast was great and diverse, with savoury and sweet options, and plenty of fruit. The rooms are well accommodating and property is very quiet, but the zone is very well lived in and thus one must remember there may be lots going on in the streets during daytime hours. The bar staff was very friendly and fun to have a chat with.
