We loved EVERYTHING about our stay. You're in the city center, location is just perfect. The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and shower big and perfect. I looove when there are slippers in the room and there were !!! The lobby is beautiful too, the bar is superb. Now of course, the best of the best : the breakfast. OH.MY.GOD. My partner said 10 times "I think I never had such a good breakfast". It's true, it was amazing. ALL the products seem to be homemade and fresh and taste so good. You have everything, different breads, potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausages, veggies (and all of these slightly change day by day) and everything to go with them, and sweet choices to die for, cakes, pasteis de nata of course (amazing), pancakes, yogurt, granola, peanut butter, chocolate paste, different seeds, and so on ! Omg so much, I've uploaded a video of the buffet on my google review ! Also the little attentions from the hotel were sooo cute and pleasant !!! First day we got back to our room, we had two pasteis de nata waiting for us and a little bottle of ginja, that was awesome !!! Next day, they had hot chocolate downstairs (see pictures) with christmas cake ! and in the room, we found a little pot with everything inside to make the same hot chocolate as theirs, with a note and explanations. We traveled a lot but it was the first time we got stuff like that.

Our stay was great. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with the option of a glass of prosecco :) We also appreciated the coffee option, which is available 24 hours a day and was delicious. In the evening we also ordered a glass of wine and it was the best wine we drank. The hotel is in the hills of Alfama, but it didn't matter at all, it was nice to walk back through the streets and listen to Fado from the restaurants and in the rainy moments we used Bolt

I had a awesome stay at this hotel during my one night visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that my every need was met. The bar was a nice place to relax in the evening, and the breakfast in the morning had a great variety of fresh options that really started my day off right. The room itself was elegantly furnished, making for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel also had a spa and pool that I didn't have time to try out, but I'm sure would have added to the overall relaxation and luxury of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

    A great city. Loved the Alfama area where our hotel was. Easy to get transport/ taxis/ buses. Art and architecture beautiful. Lots to see and do. We also went on a couple of tours to neighboring cities/ areas. Food was great and varied. Lots of traditional Portuguese dishes. Friendly people. Met some very nice people. The funicular accident happened while we were there. Very sad 😢

    Lisbon is a vibrant and bustling city, full of tourists and energy. I always felt safe walking around on my own, which made exploring even more enjoyable. There are plenty of attractions to see, so you’ll never run out of things to do. Just remember—a good pair of trainers is essential, as you’ll be doing a lot of walking up all those hills, and over the cobble stone pavements .

    Before you decide on what to visit specifically in Lisbon, consider a 48 hour Hop-on, Hop-Off bus tour. This is an excellent way to get your bearings and you will have time to go back and spend more time at the places that interest you.

    1. I went to Time Market - food choices are too many that it takes minutes before one can decide what and where to buy. It's hard to find a seat sometimes. I find it expensive. 2. Baixia de Lisboa - here are more choices of food, open air, good vibe. The breeze of the sea, moving boats, a good crowd breathing fresh air. Night here is alive. A picturesque city by the sea. 3. Jerónimos Monastery Lisbon - it was nice, big but reall crowded. We wanted to go in but we cannot stand the long queue. Restaurants around serve sea products. I went to one and ordered a large roasted tuna slice. No regrets, it was satisfying. 4. MAAT - here was nice. Museum underneath a nice breath-taking rooftop overlooking the bridge and sea. Accessible by bus. 5. I went to two supermarkets in Lisbon - Continente and Pingo Doce. For me, I prefer Pingo Doce.

    Lisbon is such a beautiful city!

    Lisbon is such a beautiful city! There are so many things to see and do. We were only there for 5 days and feel that an extra couple were needed. Fabulous vegan restaurants as well. Cascais was lovely, as was Sintra. A tuk-tuk trip around the city is a must, stopping at the TimeOut Market! We also did a bird watching boat trip to the Tagus Estuary Nature Reserve and saw pink flamingoes, which was pretty exciting for us!

    Well, don’t want you, all readers, to get it wrong, but this class of hotels are not usually available in this applications. It’s the best hotel by far, that I have been in. It is what a 5 star hotel should be. Besides that It’s brand new, the staff at front desk are just pristine. I ordered what I thought just a regular breakfast with granola-maple syrup-bananas-dry fruit etc, and I just had a explosion of flavors in my mouth, the ingredients are the best quality and freshness.

    Although it was only for one night, it was a very comfortable room and the hotel has the best facilities I've seen in Lisbon so far. The breakfast buffet is top notch and the location is excellent, across from Oriente subway and train stations, next to Vasco da Gama shopping mall. What else could you ask for? This is definitely the place I am choosing for the next visit to Lisbon. I forgot to add that is only two subway stops away from the airport. Very convenient.

    The staff was super!!! Very very helpfull, taking the time to help you with everthing you need. Room was ckean. I would stay here again. Take a walk round the hotel, lots of restaurants and places to have breakfast. Bus in front of hotel, going to and from the city centre (Alfama). Uber is very cheap in Lisbon (from airport to hotel etc).
